New Jersey’s ABC Test–How to Engage

The New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development released an updated regulation pertaining to the state “ABC Test” for Independent Contractors. The changes, as proposed, could impact the ability for individuals within the profession to operate as an independent contractor and would classify you as an employee under New Jersey law.
