PHL Rehabilitation Update/Information Session

Shortly before the release of the rehabilitation update for PHL Insurance, Finseca met with the Connecticut Insurance Department and Rehabilitators to receive an update and highlight some of the concerns we have regarding policies that are impacted by the rehabilitation.
