Built by the profession for the profession, Finseca courses place special emphasis on creating organizational alignment, adopting a strategic mindset, and accelerating your business. Finseca members have access to a variety of self-paced, digital courses in the Finseca Learning Center. Focus on foundational skills with Finseca Master Class offerings and tactical skills with Finseca Evolve or Die Workshops.

    • Leadership Fundamentals for Emerging Leaders (4 modules – 30 minutes per module)
      This Master Class is for emerging leaders, otherwise recognized as leaders who have been in leadership positions for less than three years. Cover the basics on vision, mission, values, and help plan for creating alignment and measuring your progress.
    • Leadership Fundamentals for Growing Leaders (4 modules – 30 minutes per module)
      This Master Class is for emerging leaders you have been in leadership for five to eight years and are making efforts to grow their business. Cover the basics on vision, mission, values, and help plan for creating alignment and measuring your progress.
    • Leadership Fundamentals for Established Leaders (4 modules – 30 minutes per module)
      This Master Class is for established leaders, otherwise recognized as leaders who have been in leadership positions for over eight years. Cover the basics on vision, mission, values, and help plan for creating alignment and measuring your progress.
    • Estate Planning: The Basics of Tax, Trusts, and Basis (4 modules – 30 minutes per module)
      This Master Class provides Estate Planning novices with a strong foundation. Estate planning is a varied and complex process with many different professionals on the “team”, and this course provides a starting point for insurance professionals hoping to learn more about this area of the profession.
    • Coaching: The Coaching Relationship (2 modules – 30 minutes per module)
      This Master Class will explore the coach-coachee relationship and discover why a strong relationship must be the foundation for successful coaching.
    • Recruiting: Your Ideal Candidate Profile (2 modules – 30 minutes per module)
      This Master Class gives you the opportunity to explore aspects of an ideal candidate profile and build your own profile that will increase the number and quality of candidates in your pipeline.
    • Producer Teams: Choosing a Teaming Structure (2 modules – 30 minutes per module)
      This Master Class is designed to introduce you to the world of teaming structures and aligned compensation models.
    • Producer Teams: Defining Roles and Responsibilities (2 modules – 30 minutes per module)
      This Master Class will explore common producer team roles and their responsibilities. You’ll see different strategies in assigning advisor roles based on team needs.

  • Building High Quality Connections on LinkedIn (4 modules – 15 minutes per module)
    LinkedIn has over 700 million members. Whether you’re prospecting or recruiting, a producer looking for new clients or a leader searching for your next hire, 700 million is a lot of opportunity. Social selling expert Kevin Knebl will help you leverage key LinkedIn features that lead to conversations and turn LinkedIn into fertile prospecting or recruiting ground.
  • Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile for Social Selling (8 modules – 7 minutes per module)
    In today’s virtual world, being without an online presence just isn’t acceptable. Build your business, either through recruiting or client prospecting, with a LinkedIn profile that helps future recruits or clients get to know, like, and trust you. Social selling expert Kevin Knebl offers tips in this hands-on course with special considerations specifically for financial security professionals.
