CANCELLATION

At LAMP 2024, we know that things can happen and change. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that your time with us is safe & enjoyable. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

  • June 1, 2023 – February 1, 2024 – you can request a full refund. Please note, all cancellations have a $75 processing fee that will be deducted from your purchase price.
  • February 1, 2024 – March 16th, 2024 – no refunds will be granted. Please see the “Registration Transfer” section for an alternative solution.
  • COVID-19: If the conference needs to be rescheduled due to COVID-19, you can request a full refund.

If you’re entitled to a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the fees paid for the registration(s) you cancel (less a $75 administrative fee) and will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note, we do not issue checks for refunds. These cancellation terms apply regardless of the reason that you cancel (even if you, unfortunately, need to cancel for personal reasons or other unforeseen circumstances).
