Eryka Morehead

Eryka Morehead is the CEO and Chief Insurance Strategist at Collaborative Insurance Solutions. She works with individuals, families, and their trusted advisory teams to address the insurance decisions that often sit at the intersection of financial, legal, and emotional complexity. 

Specializing in advanced insurance strategies, Eryka brings clarity and structure to complex planning through a collaborative, education-driven approach. She helps advisors uncover blind spots, align recommendations, and implement thoughtful insurance solutions that support the client’s broader planning goals. 

 Eryka holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, Certification in Long-Term Care, and Retirement Income Certified Professional designations. She was named Penn Mutual’s Independent Financial Professional of the Year in 2024 and is the first woman elected to the board of First Financial Resources. 

She is a mother of four, an avid hiker, and enjoys time outdoors with her family. Eryka grew up on a Nebraska Christmas tree farm and still prefers boots to boardrooms whenever possible.
