Anthony Spatichia built his career on something simple: authenticity and putting people first. Anthony’s story is one of sheer grit and hard work. Coming from a very blue-collar upbringing with no connections in the finance world, he knew he wanted a career where he could positively impact people. He would go on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and began his financial services career shortly thereafter. He quickly became a standout advisor, consistently hitting the benchmarks set before him, garnering local and national recognition.

A former athlete who recognized the impact his coaches had on his life, Anthony felt a natural pull toward helping others grow and develop. He dove into leadership in 2010, and his climb was fast. In January 2020, at just 34, he became the firm’s Managing Partner and the youngest General Agent in MassMutual.

In early 2025, Anthony spearheaded the merger of two of the region’s largest insurance and wealth management firms. This strategic move led to the creation of Vista Wealth Solutions, a powerhouse with over 250 advisors, $27.9 billion in life insurance coverage, more than $9 billion in assets under management, and a network of over 25 offices serving more than 106,000 clients nationwide.

Anthony’s leadership extends far beyond the professional realm, demonstrating a profound dedication to service and contributions to the community. He actively champions and creates initiatives that empower the firm’s associates to make a tangible impact on the lives of others.

When he’s not in the office, Anthony is focused on his family: his wife, Erica, and their three daughters.
