Joining Penn Mutual in 2014, she brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the life insurance industry and oversees underwriting philosophy, operations, largecase assessments, and the risk selection of ACE, Penn Mutual’s industry leading automated underwriting program. Gretchen holds the Academy of Life Underwriting (AALU) designation and is a past President of the Impaired Risk Underwriting Association, with a professional focus on underwriting innovation, risk selection, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
