A sales leader with more than two decades of dynamic experience, Michelle has consistently grown and developed intricate sales organizations with the abiding belief that success is a team sport. Most recently, she served as Head of Field Management for the South-Central Region of MassMutual Financial Advisors where she oversaw a 23-state division, with 23 General Agents and 2,000 advisors. In addition to earning principal, supervisory and teaching certifications, she has a master’s degree from Western Kentucky University, and a BS in business administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown College. Recently, Michelle served as Chairperson for the Board of Trustees for Georgetown College and Chairperson for Kentucky’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She is also a published author and public speaker.
