Vincent Xuan

Vincent Xuan is the Head of Life Insurance at Equitable and a member of the company’s Operating Committee. In this role, Mr. Xuan is responsible for the strategy, execution, and oversight of Equitable’s life insurance distribution, products and solutions. Mr. Xuan previously served as Equitable’s Group Chief Actuary and Bermuda CEO. Mr. Xuan brings 20+ years of experience in products, pricing, valuation, and enterprise risk management to this position. During his career, he has also served as Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer at Prosperity Life Group and held various senior leadership roles at Prudential. He has served as a board director at Society of Actuaries. Mr. Xuan holds a Bachelor of Economics in Finance from the University of Science and Technology of China and a Master of Arts in Statistics from Columbia University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter-holder, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
