Andrew Beers is a Managing Director with Modern Woodmen of America, where he leads a growing financial services organization focused on developing advisors, strengthening culture, and delivering meaningful impact for the families they serve.

He began his career at 22 and quickly advanced into leadership, building his district from the ground up through a focus on recruiting, development, and long-term team growth. Andrew is known for his hands-on, field-driven leadership style, combining clear accountability with simple, repeatable systems that help advisors build sustainable businesses.

His organization is recognized for its culture of collaboration, strong retention, and consistent qualification, with many advisors reaching MDRT-level production. At the core of his approach is a commitment to holistic, client-first planning.

Andrew is passionate about developing leaders and building organizations where performance and culture grow together. Outside of work, Andrew is focused on his family—his wife, Michelle, and their two children, Kyla and Kaden.
