Ashlynn Mohan

Ashlynn Mohan is a financial advisor and leader with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in advisor development and next-generation talent recruitment. Over the past year, she has built a high-performing advisory office from the ground up by hiring nine new associates into an office that previously had only three advisors, with no established development team. Every advisor she’s brought on entered the industry straight out of college, making her approach especially relevant to firms looking to attract and retain Gen Z talent. 

As a branch leader, Ashlynn is recognized as one of the top hiring managers at Equitable Advisors, with a development model focused on mentorship, clear career pathways, and long-term advisor success, not just recruiting numbers. Her work centers on building scalable systems that turn early-stage talent into confident, committed professionals. 

Outside of work, Ashlynn is passionate about fitness, travel, and pushing personal limits.  Her experiences range from exploring southeast Asia to hiking Machu Picchu in Peru, along with a lifelong commitment to movement as a former collegiate volleyball player. Ashlynn is also extremely competitive and would love to take on anyone in this room in a pickleball match.
