Brent has spent nearly three decades helping advisors, business owners, and highnetworth families navigate the complexities of insurance, taxation, and estate planning. His career includes senior roles at Canada Life and Equitable Life, where he not only supported top advisors but also helped build advanced planning, marketing, and underwriting capabilities across the organization.
In recognition of his leadership and impact, Brent was awarded the President’s Award at Equitable Life for his contributions to corporate insurance distribution and advisor development.
Today, Brent is a soughtafter speaker who has presented both domestically and internationally on advisor growth, niching, marketing strategy, and advanced insurance and tax planning, with appearances at major industry events including the Canada Sales Congress, the Northwind High Net Worth Invitational, Advocis National Board Meetings, and was on a panel at the Canadian reception at the LAMP Conference in Denver.
He holds multiple professional designations—including the CLU, CHS, CPCA, and EPC—and actively serves on boards for Advocis, GAMA Canada and The Conference of Advanced Life Underwriting.
