Keith joined Guardian in October of 2015 as a Regional Director in the Northeast territory, supporting the region with recruiting and management development. Most recently, Keith has been Head of Field Leadership Development, helping to identify and support a strong bench of rising field leaders.
Keith joined Northwestern Mutual in 2001 as a financial representative and was named Managing Director in 2010. He ranked in the top 10 Managing Directors, nationwide, for his successful internship program. As his leadership responsibilities grew, he was appointed Chief Development Officer in January 2011.
A certified trainer and coach, Keith also holds professional designations from The American College: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF), and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP).
Keith is married to Megan, and they live in Royersford, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, with their children Colin, Ella & Connor. He graduated from Ursinus College with a double major in Finance & Marketing and earned his Master’s degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University in 2020. He also enjoys watching his sons’ soccer & basketball teams and his daughters competitive cheer.
