Sam Rodriguez is a former Fortune 100 financial services executive and serial entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience building scalable performance systems for advisor organizations. At MassMutual, he served as Regional Director of Strategic Business Planning across 32 agencies, supporting more than 4,000 advisors and 100+ sales managers in accelerating growth and recruiting efficiency. He later co-founded Totus Strategy Partners, an independent advisory firm focused on experienced advisor recruiting and AI-enabled practice development within fee-based planning teams. Sam is also a five-time founder with two successful exits, including Tip Yourself, a fintech platform acquired in 2019 after being named one of Apple’s Best New Apps. As Co-Founder of Ruby Advisor, he now helps growth-focused firms engineer faster advisor ramp through Activation Intelligence.
