Brian Seidman has over 20 years’ experience in software and over 17 years’ experience in life insurance technology. He is currently the COO of Ensight where he leads product, innovation and delivery initiatives. Since joining Ensight in 2024 he has brought a market intelligence platform and a generative AI product for insurance proposals to market.
Prior to Ensight Brian worked at a AI startup from 2019-2024 that focused on building a machine learning platform for decision intelligence which help guide Fortune 500 organizations on the easiest ways to improve processes and customer service. Prior to that, Brian worked as the CTO at iPipeline for 16 years from 2003 to 2019 where he led bringing multiple products to market including the iGO eapp which continues to be one of the most heavily utilized e-applications in the life insurance marketplace. He was named CIO of the Year in Philadelphia in 2018.
Brian resides with his wife and 4 children in the Philadelphia PA region and enjoys coaching and watching his children play sports and volunteering at the local food bank. He also currently advises two startups on strategy in the EdTech and MusicTech domains.
