Delphine Soucie is the Vice President, Brokerage Sales at Mutual of Omaha. Del joined the team on September 22, 2025 and is a key member of the Life Brokerage leadership team, including managing the sales team. She is responsible for driving strategic planning and growth opportunities in traditional and institutional markets at Mutual of Omaha.
She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial industry, and in that time, she has gained insights and experience to successfully drive strategic growth and sales execution within the brokerage distribution sales channel. Del received her bachelor’s degree from Siena University in Loudonville, NY and her Master’s in Business Administration from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in Wellesley, MA. She holds her FINRA Licenses 7, 24, 53 and 6, in addition to a state of Connecticut insurance license.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their dog Scout. Del and Matt reside in Simsbury, CT.
