Lorrie Gibbons

Lorrie Gibbons is the President and CEO of KAFL Insurance Resources in Rochester, New York. As one of the agency’s principals, she leads strategic planning, organizational growth, and operational initiatives that strengthen both the agency and its internal support team. With more than 25 years of industry experience and deep expertise in brokerage operations, Lorrie also supports other agencies through Odyssey Planning, where she helps enhance business value through insurance sales strategy and process efficiency consulting.

A dedicated trainer, coach, and mentor, Lorrie is passionate about developing emerging leaders in the insurance and financial services industries. She currently serves on the NAILBA Board of Advisors and the Distribution Women’s Leadership Council at AmeriLife, and she is an active member of Women in Financial Services, where she participates in the organization’s mentorship program. Lorrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development. She has also earned the Fellow, Life Management Institute designation and the Associate, Customer Service designation.

Outside of work, Lorrie is passionate about animals and community service. She represents RocDog Therapy and Working Dogs, a nonprofit organization where she coordinates community visits, supports fundraising efforts, and helps bring smiles to others alongside her chocolate lab, Louie. Lorrie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, gardening, painting, and attending countless sporting and theater events for their three children.
