The Operations Track at NAILBA 45 is sponsored by Pathwork.
BGAs are stitching together insights from various systems to track placement, in-force opportunities, and advisor experience—but success still comes down to habits. This session looks at how operations teams turn complex data sets into simple, repeatable routines that sales and underwriting teams will actually follow. Panelists share practical approaches for building habits around data rather than just dashboards, and point to where BGAs still have room to grow.
