Done right, this meeting accomplishes two things at once: the client and attorney build real rapport, and the client understands exactly why the planning matters most right now. Most attorneys default to starting with the easiest documents first, the revocable trust, powers of attorney, and so on. You’ll learn how to flip that, leading with the highest-impact planning so the client leaves ready to act rather than stuck in paperwork.

Kuldeep and Vince will cover how to set the stage before the meeting, what information you hand the attorney so they walk in ready, how to structure the introduction and handoff itself, and what happens next: how the client hires the attorney, what documentation they provide, how involved you stay, and a typical timeline from there.
