Washington, D.C. (August 26, 2025) – Finseca today announced a series of key leadership moves that build on the organization’s strong momentum and position it to continue scaling as one of the fastest-growing trade associations in Washington, D.C.
Over the past few years, Finseca has transformed into a high-performing, growth-focused organization. It has completed seven integrations, doubled membership, built the largest coalition in the history of distribution, and created the most diverse board in its history. With a strategically aligned leadership team, Finseca is focused on its mission of advancing financial security for all and has set its sights on reaching 40,000 members by the end of the decade, giving the profession the stronger voice, greater scale, and unity it needs to make a meaningful impact.
Maggie Seidel has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer. “Maggie is a results-driven leader who sees across the profession and turns insights into action,” said Marc Cadin, CEO of Finseca. “I’m continually impressed by her ability to align people and systems around what matters most. She’s exactly the leader we need to unlock our full growth potential and keep building the fastest-growing trade association in D.C.”
Julie Muldoon has been promoted to Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Marketing. “Julie’s leadership and dedication to our mission have been instrumental in keeping our teams aligned and executing at the highest level,” Cadin said. “She has a unique ability to bring people together to turn vision into action. Her leadership will be key as we drive growth, innovation, and real results for our members.”
“I’ve always said the only limits we have are our imagination, our ability to execute, and our ability to attract and retain the right talent to help get us there,” Cadin added. “With these leadership moves, we are positioned to accelerate growth, deliver even greater value to our members, and advance financial security for all.”
In addition, Megan Bronner will oversee all professional development and events, ensuring Finseca continues to deliver world-class learning and experiences. Heather Voight will lead the overall marketing efforts, enhancing engagement and connection across the profession. These and other key leadership roles further strengthen Finseca’s team and position the organization for continued growth and impact.
