(March 24, 2026) – Finseca announced that Frank Scalese, MassMutual General Agent at Blue Oceans Wealth Solutions, was honored with Finseca’s Robert “Bacci” Baccigalupi Lifetime Luminary Award at the Leaders and Managers Program (LAMP) 2026 in Nashville, TN, recognizing a lifetime of leadership, service, and lasting contributions to the financial security profession.
Presented for the first time in honor of Robert ‘Bacci’ Baccigalupi, the award recognizes individuals whose vision, character, and influence have helped shape the profession and expand financial security for generations of Americans. Scalese was selected as the recipient for his exceptional commitment to mentorship, leadership, and advancing the profession through unity and service.

Created as a lifetime recognition, Finseca’s Robert “Bacci” Baccigalupi Lifetime Luminary Award is bestowed only when a leader’s contributions reflect extraordinary and lasting influence.
