NAILBA, a Finseca Community, is Helping More Americans Attain Financial Security Through Frontline Certification Program

Washington, D.C. (October 31, 2024) – NAILBA, a Finseca community and a leading insurance industry organization advocating for consumer choice in the insurance and financial services marketplace through independent brokerage distribution has released a new professional certification for case design.

The new certification equips case designers with the foundational skills and expertise required to excel in the life insurance sales process. Through this comprehensive program, participants gain knowledge in essential areas such as policy structure, tax law, and product design, while honing their ability to collaborate with financial advisors and carriers to deliver customized insurance solutions.

Two years ago, NAILBA successfully introduced the Case Manager Certification program, which led to increased placement, innovation, and efficiency. This success prompted the expansion of the certification offering, and earlier this year, Finseca released two additional training certifications focused on Licensing/Contracting and Underwriting.

Collectively, NAILBA has achieved a significant milestone by certifying more than 700 case managers since 2022. This achievement represents a significant contribution to improving the financial security of all Americans. The increased number of certified case managers plays a crucial role in enhancing the abilities of industry professionals, which helps generate new sales.

Warren May, newly appointed Leader of the NAILBA Community at Finseca, shared, “NAILBA has a long-standing commitment to delivering comprehensive training and ongoing education for the brokerage community, supporting professional growth across the financial services industry. I’m honored to join the team at this pivotal time, as we expand opportunities for more Americans to achieve financial security through our continued investment in the development of committed professionals.”

NAILBA members can preview all certifications at the NAILBA Annual Meeting next month and enjoy exclusive discounts on professional training. To learn more visit https://www.finseca.org/certifications.
